Metta Meditation (Loving-Kindness Meditation) is a beautiful practice designed to help us shape the way we think and feel to the people in our life and the world around us. This session features a 20 minute guided meditation by an alternating instructor and closes with a discussion which typically focuses on how we practice in relation to others.
