Tuesday evenings feature our Weekly Book Club meditation group. This session starts at 9pm EST and runs one hour.
The Weekly Book Club isn't something you need to prepare for. We read 4 or 5 paragraphs from a book out loud, meditate together and then discuss the reading or what is going on in our life. Beginner's and Experienced meditators alike are welcome!
