Weekly Meditation Group

We are a west coast chapter of the New Leaf Meditation Project which is a nation-wide effort to bring meditation to the masses. Through various meditation techniques, you will learn the many benefits of meditation, some of which include: Reducing stress, Improving concentration, Becoming more self aware, Increasing happiness, Learning acceptance and the benefits of meditating with a group. 

Whether you are a beginner or experienced meditator, all are welcome.

We are Brigitte and Valri. We have many years of experience & training in many meditation techniques including Zen, Tibetan Buddhism and Vipassana. We have successfully incorporated our practice into our careers and have noticed the benefits of our practice in all areas of our lives. In our efforts to share this practice, we have joined with New Leaf Meditation Project and are dedicated to helping others learn about meditation and paying forward a practice that has positively changed our live
