New to meditation and don't know where to start? This is the session for you. 

Since our founding, thousands of people have learned how to meditate in the New Leaf Meditation Project's Beginners' Crash Course. 

Our monthly beginners' sessions are an easy way to learn everything you need to know to get started meditating. During this 60 to 75 minute class we will outline the technique, lead a guided meditation, answer all questions you have, and suggest next steps to firmly establish your new daily meditation practice.

It is free, can be accessed online or by phone, and is our community members' most popular class to refer their friends and family to.

A book club with no reading required! We meditate for a few minutes, read a few paragraphs from a meditation related book and then discuss the reading or whatever is on our mind related to our practice. 

This is our longest standing weekly meeting. All are welcome!
